That’s not soft serve ice cream…it’s a banana.
Bananas make delicious desserts and since they are super inexpensive, I always have some on hand. Recently I bought a few too many and since they were overripe, I decided to peel them and throw them in the freezer. Well a week later I wanted something sweet and decided to google frozen banana. And then I discovered 1-ingredient ice cream.
Peel your bananas first. Cut them into small pieces. Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate. Blend, blend, blend – scraping down the bowl when they stick.
The result is a creamy and delicious treat that you easily personalize by adding ingredients like peanut butter, honey, nutella…the list goes on and on.
